This first day is designed to start the journey calmly, allowing better altitude adaptation before visiting Machu Picchu.
After breakfast, the traveler goes independently to the train station in Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes) to board the tourist train for the return journey, enjoying once again the Andean scenery during a comfortable and well-organized ride.
Upon arrival at the Ollantaytambo train station, the traveler is met by our team and assisted for the continuation of the journey in private transportation to Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco.
This return day is planned at a strategic time, allowing for a smooth trip and avoiding peak hours of day visitors returning from Machu Picchu, ensuring a relaxed and well-coordinated end to the experience.
The program remains flexible, allowing subtle adjustments according to flight schedules or specific travel needs, without losing the exclusive character of the service.
In the morning, the traveler is transferred from their hotel in the Sacred Valley to the train station, where they will board the tourist train to Machu Picchu Pueblo, enjoying a comfortable and scenic journey through the Andean landscapes.
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu Pueblo, the traveler is assisted and then boards the bus that takes them to the Archeological center of Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu Visit and Return to the Sacred Valley
The second day starts early with a transfer from your hotel in the Sacred Valley to the train station, where you will board the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). The train ride offers stunning views of the Andean landscape, starting the day calmly and comfortably.
Upon arrival in Machu Picchu Pueblo, a private guide will meet you to accompany you during the guided tour of Machu Picchu, starting around 11:00 AM. The route is planned to explore the main areas of the Inca citadel without rushing, learning about its history, architecture, and culture with detailed explanations tailored to your interests.
After the visit, you will have time to have lunch or explore the town if you wish, before boarding the train back to the Sacred Valley in the afternoon. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Urubamba, concluding the tour around 7:00 PM, with all logistics covered for a comfortable and organized end to your journey.
